Cancellation Policy:
For counseling and coaching, please notify P&J Consulting at least 24 hours prior to your schedule time so we may be able to offer your appointment to someone else. You may call us at 98787513, leave a text message or drop as an email. If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, we cannot use this time for another client and you will be billed for the entire cost of your missed appointment. A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice unless it is due to illness or an emergency. A bill will be mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for, or cancel an appointment. Thank you for your consideration regarding this important matter as this is a standard practice within the counseling profession.
For training, the charges for cancellation will apply on a case by case basis depending on the type of training.
